I can't really put a vote on that, but if you feel in your best opinion to redesign your OCs, that's up to you. I know I had to redesign some of mine cuz some I felt like I did a half-ass job with them and I wasn't satisfied with them. But if you feel it's the best choice, no one will think less of you.
